Important distinction. Stripe processes supported customer card payments for Gateflow Premium. Stripe Checkout does not itself provide Gateflow publisher payouts, identity verification or crypto settlement. Those functions are separate and may use different approved providers.
Scope and parties
This Policy applies to Premium buyers, guest buyers, registered visitors, publishers and anyone using a Gateflow payment or payout feature. It supplements the Legal Notice and Acceptable Use, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Illegal Links & Malware Policy.
Gateflow is operated by CoinForge Capital Ltd., registration number 207122521. In this Policy, a “payment” is money paid for Gateflow services; “publisher earnings” are conditional commercial ledger entries; and a “payout” is an approved transfer of available publisher funds.
Stripe and payment processing
Where Stripe is shown at checkout, Stripe securely collects and processes payment credentials. Gateflow does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes. A browser return from checkout is never proof of payment: Gateflow grants paid access only after a signed, valid provider confirmation has been matched to the correct internal order and applied once.
Registered buyers can open a short-lived Stripe Customer Portal session from Account → Plan & billing. Guest buyers can use Manage subscription; access is authorised by Stripe's email verification or a short-lived, one-time Gateflow email link, never by an IP address alone. Monthly and annual subscriptions cancel at the end of the paid billing period by default, so paid access remains available until then. Stripe's signed subscription webhook is Gateflow's source of truth for the cancellation state.
Stripe, the card issuer, payment network and other financial institutions may apply their own terms, authentication requirements, limits and risk controls. Their decision to authorise, decline, reverse or dispute a transaction may be independent of Gateflow. See Stripe's Privacy Policy and Stripe Services Agreement.
Why a payment may be declined, held, cancelled or reviewed
A payment or checkout may be declined, blocked, cancelled, expired, delayed or placed under review where Gateflow, Stripe, an issuer or a payment network identifies a reasonable concern. Reasons may include:
- incorrect, expired or unsupported payment details, insufficient funds, issuer restrictions or failed authentication;
- a mismatch between checkout, account, country, billing, device or provider information;
- unusual velocity, repeated attempts, automated activity, proxy or anonymisation patterns, shared credentials, duplicate accounts or prior abuse;
- a suspected stolen payment method, account takeover, card testing, identity manipulation, false information or unauthorised payment;
- sanctions, legal, regulatory, card-network, provider, geographic, product or currency restrictions;
- a previous refund, chargeback, dispute, unpaid balance, blocked instrument or excessive dispute history;
- an invalid, expired, duplicated, altered or replayed order, provider event or checkout session;
- service unavailability, pricing inconsistency, technical error or inability to confirm the payment safely; or
- any other credible signal that processing would expose a user, publisher, Gateflow or a provider to fraud, loss, abuse or legal risk.
A pending authorisation is not necessarily a completed charge. If payment is not confirmed, Gateflow does not activate Premium. Any temporary bank authorisation is controlled by the issuer and normally expires under its rules.
Automated risk controls and human review
Gateflow may combine first-party rules with provider risk signals to assess protected-link traffic, checkout activity, payments, refunds, disputes and payouts. Relevant signals may include request velocity; session and order integrity; approximate country; source and device class; account age; failed authentication; repeated or coordinated behaviour; payment outcome; dispute history; publisher traffic quality; destination safety; and relationships between accounts, links, payment instruments or payout profiles.
Depending on risk, Gateflow may allow an action, require additional verification, apply a temporary limit, stop a request, delay access, quarantine a provider event, hold earnings or refer the matter for human review. Risk signals are not infallible. Wherever appropriate, material adverse decisions are reviewed proportionately and eligible users may provide context or appeal.
Additional verification
Gateflow may request reasonable information needed to verify account ownership, payment authority, age, identity, business activity, beneficial ownership, tax status, destination control, source of traffic, source of funds or payout details. A provider may separately require Strong Customer Authentication, 3D Secure, KYC, KYB, AML or sanctions screening.
Do not send passwords, full card details, private keys, seed phrases or recovery codes. If required information is incomplete, inconsistent, expired or cannot be validated, the affected payment, account, earnings or payout may remain restricted until the concern is resolved or the transaction is cancelled where possible.
Refunds, reversals, disputes and chargebacks
Refund eligibility and cancellation rights are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. A cardholder may also raise a dispute with their issuer. Card disputes are decided through provider, network and issuer processes; Gateflow does not control the final issuer decision.
When a refund, reversal, early fraud warning, inquiry or dispute occurs, Gateflow may preserve relevant evidence, restrict affected Premium access, respond to the provider, reverse related commercial entries and temporarily restrict associated accounts or payment methods while investigating. A disputed payment and applicable fees may be removed from Gateflow's balance while the dispute is open. Where permitted, Gateflow may submit accurate evidence such as the order, consent, access, account, device and communication records needed to defend a legitimate transaction.
Good-faith use of a lawful dispute right is not itself misconduct. False statements, fabricated evidence, deliberate use followed by a knowingly false “service not received” claim, coordinated chargebacks or repeated purchase-and-refund abuse may lead to restrictions and recovery of losses.
Publisher earnings and payout eligibility
Displayed publisher earnings are conditional until they become available and an approved payout is completed. Revenue associated with a refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, duplicated, invalid or policy-violating transaction does not qualify and may be cancelled or reversed.
Gateflow may delay, limit, reject, suspend or cancel a publisher payout where reasonably necessary because of:
- suspected artificial traffic, self-dealing, click or conversion manipulation, bots, incentive abuse or coordinated accounts;
- illegal, unsafe, deceptive, unavailable or policy-violating links or destinations;
- elevated refunds, disputes, fraud warnings, payment failures or abnormal conversion patterns;
- incomplete identity, business, tax, sanctions, bank, wallet or beneficial-ownership checks;
- payout details that are invalid, unsupported, changed unexpectedly or do not match the verified beneficiary;
- an account-security incident, suspected takeover, compromised API key or unauthorised payout request;
- a negative balance, expected reversal, provider reserve, legal hold, court or authority request;
- breach of Gateflow terms, failure to provide reasonably requested evidence or an attempt to evade a prior restriction; or
- a provider, banking, network, liquidity, technical or operational issue outside Gateflow's reasonable control.
For verified accounts without an active review, Gateflow aims to initiate an approved payout within 48 hours. This is an operational target, not a guarantee that the receiving bank, blockchain or provider will settle within that time.
Holds, reserves, adjustments and negative balances
Gateflow may apply a reasonable rolling hold or reserve where expected refunds, disputes, fraud losses, provider deductions or unusual risk make immediate release unsafe. The amount and duration should be proportionate to the available evidence, expected exposure, applicable dispute windows and account history.
If a previously credited transaction is later reversed, Gateflow may cancel pending earnings, debit available earnings, offset the amount against future earnings or recover an overpayment where permitted by law and contract. Ledger adjustments should identify their commercial reason. Unrelated funds should not be restricted longer than reasonably necessary unless the risk is account-wide or a legal or provider requirement applies.
Prohibited payment and payout conduct
You must not test stolen cards; split attempts to evade controls; disguise identity or location; manipulate billing data; misuse promotional or guest access; sell, share or transfer an account or pass without permission; generate your own attributed purchases; arrange circular or collusive transactions; manufacture traffic, clicks, video completions or results; submit false verification material; conceal a payout beneficiary; launder funds; evade sanctions; exploit refunds or disputes; interfere with provider webhooks; or attempt to obtain payment, access or payout twice.
Gateflow may terminate severe or repeated abuse, prevent recreation, reverse invalid commercial entries, preserve evidence, notify affected providers and cooperate with competent authorities where lawfully required.
Preventive action, notices and appeals
Gateflow may act immediately and without advance notice where delay would materially increase fraud, safety, legal or financial risk. Where legally permitted and operationally safe, Gateflow will provide the affected user or publisher with a meaningful category of reason, the scope of the restriction and what information may resolve it. Specific detection rules, third-party confidential information and details that would enable evasion may be withheld.
To request review, use billing support and provide the account email, relevant order or payout reference, date, amount and a concise explanation. Do not include sensitive credentials. Eligible appeals are assessed by someone able to reconsider the decision and are not decided solely by the same automated signal. Mandatory complaint, consumer and judicial rights remain unaffected.
Payment data, security and retention
Gateflow processes the minimum payment metadata reasonably needed to create and reconcile orders, confirm access, prevent duplicate processing, investigate fraud, provide support, maintain accounting records, manage disputes and calculate publisher earnings. This can include provider references, amounts, currency, plan, status, timestamps, approximate country, source and device group, related account or guest email, and risk or audit outcomes.
Full card data remains with the payment provider. Access to internal commercial records is restricted by role. Retention follows legal, tax, accounting, security, provider and dispute requirements. For more detail, including guest-access and IP-related controls, read the Privacy Policy.
Provider and service availability
Gateflow does not guarantee that every payment method, currency, country, bank, wallet or payout rail will remain available. Providers may change their rules, pricing, risk controls or service availability. Gateflow may replace a provider or temporarily disable a payment feature where necessary to protect users or continue lawful operation. A provider change does not reduce rights already accrued under applicable law.
Changes to this Policy
Gateflow may update this Policy to reflect new payment methods, fraud controls, provider requirements, laws or operating practices. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and communicated where required. The version applicable when a payment was made continues to inform the treatment of that payment, subject to mandatory law and later security measures needed to prevent ongoing abuse.
